Hannah and Jowell's love story reached new heights as they tied the knot at the Sun Pavilion on 2nd July 2022. Their wedding day was a true reflection of their personalities and love for each other, set amidst the breathtaking beauty of the venue.

Their wedding ceremony took place on the terrace of The Sun Pavilion, surrounded by red gilt banqueting chairs and beautiful flower arrangements, which added a touch of elegance to the occasion. The terrace also acted as a wonderful playground for the little ones, who ran around and enjoyed the area after the ceremony.

The love and support from their friends and family was also evident throughout the day. A friend created a delicious four-tier wedding cake that impressed both the eyes and taste buds. One unforgettable moment was when the groom (notorious for wearing a coat even in summer), found himself in a ski jacket during the best man's speech. In the evening the dance floor came alive when DJ Sime played the Mulan soundtrack, a favourite of the couple that created a heartwarming connection to the couple's special day.

We asked Hannah and Jowell why they chose the Sun Pavilion?

When asked about their choice of venue, Hannah and Jowell said, "It's just the most breathtaking venue - everything about it stood out from any other venue." The Sun Pavilion captured their hearts, and they knew it was the perfect place to start their journey as a married couple.

Hannah and Jowell decided to let the beauty of The Sun Pavilion shine through, opting for simple yet elegant decor. Each table was adorned with a glass vase filled with leaves and candles, while name placers decorated with rosemary from their garden added a personal touch.

Any advice for couples planning their own wedding?

For couples planning their own special day, Hannah and Jowell offered some valuable advice: "Make a spreadsheet and don't overdo it on the decor at this venue - it does itself justice without!" Keeping things organised and simple allowed them to fully appreciate the natural beauty of The Sun Pavilion.
